The OSA Saddened By Sudden Passing Of Former Board Member — Tom Phelan (1961-2007)

A well-known figure in the Kingston soccer community passed away on August 14, 2007 at the age of 46 years at his home in Belleville, Ontario. His sudden passing as a result of a pulmonary embolism came as a shock to many. Tom was involved in soccer at many levels for the past twenty-five years. more »
