John Kerr Sr., One Of North America’s Soccer Pioneers Dead At 67

John Kerr Sr. died at his home in North Carolina on Sunday night, friends and colleagues said. He was 67. The cause of death wasn’t immediately known. A Scottish-born Canadian, Kerr played ten times for Canada and for the Hamilton Steelers (1964) and Hamilton Primos (1965 and 1966) in the old Eastern Canada Professional Soccer. more »
