VAUGHAN, September 9 2012- The Women’s Ontario Cup Final kicked off at 8:00 pm at The Soccer Centre in Vaughan. Both teams came out strong and battled hard but the game remained scoreless at half time. The crowd cheered as both teams shared opportunities throughout the second half. With no score at the end of regulation time, North London won 4-3 on kicks from the penalty mark. Congratulations to the 2012 Ontario Cup Champions, North London Galaxy! The Boston Pizza Player of the Game for Vaughan was #00 Sarah Fiorini. The Boston Pizza Player of the Game for North London was #1 Maria Del Guercio.
