VAUGHAN, September 9 2012- The Under 17 Boys Tier 1 Ontario Cup Final kicked off at 3:00 pm at The Soccer Centre in Vaughan between Erin Mills Eagles and Waterloo United. Both teams exchanged chances in the first half however the game remained scoreless. The first goal of the game would come for Erin Mills in the 61^st minute scored by #7 Darren Gertiesingh. Followed up by another goal in the 66^th minute scored by #6 Andrew Kim to make the score 2-0 for the Erin Mills Eagles. Erin Mills would go on to score twice more in the game in the 75^th and 80^th minutes with goals by #11 Jesse De Gannes and #44 Raheem Edwards. The Boston Pizza Player of the Game for Waterloo was #1 Thomas Modjesch and The Boston Pizza Player of the Game for Erin Mills was #6 Andrew Kim. Congratulations to the Erin Mills Eagles, Under 17 Boys Tier 1 Ontario Cup Champions!
