VAUGHAN- September 8 2012- The Under 16 Boys Tier 1 Ontario Cup Final kicked off at 5:30 pm at The Soccer Centre in Vaughan between North York Hearts and Erin Mills Eagles. The first goal came in the 26th minute and was scored by Erin Mills #11 Lee Victor Massunda. At the half, the game remained 1-0 for the Erin Mills Eagles. Both teams battled it out in the second half and in the 63^rd minute Erin Mills was rewarded with their second goal of the game scored by #11 Lee Victor Massunda, his second goal of the game. In the 76^th minute, North York Hearts came to life with a goal by #13 Adam Alonzi. After a hard fought battle, the Erin Mills Eagles were victorious and crowned the Ontario Cup Champions. The Boston Pizza Player of the Game for North York was #13 Adam Alonzi and The Boston Pizza Player of the Game for Erin Mills Eagles was #11 Lee Victor Massunda. Congratulations to the Erin Mills Eagles, Under 16 Boys Tier 1 Provincial Champions!
