The Ontario Soccer Association is proud to announce that 3 Ontario referees have been invited to the U18 Male Nationals Club Championships in Nova Scotia, Oct 1 to 8, 2012.

Alexis Vaughan, Marie-Soleil Beaudoin and Yusri Rudolf were submitted as potential candidates for the 2013 CSA National Referee List, and each of their nominations was successful. This is the first time in recent history that all OSA submissions were successful.

For these referees, this is the first step on making their way to the National Program. If they are successful in Nova Scotia, they could be invited on to the National Program for 2013.

I believe this result, all 3 candidates being invited to Club Nationals, says a lot for the Development program in Ontario, from the district right up to the province; and the Advanced Referee Training Program, which all three referees are members of.

We wish Alexis, Marie-Soleil and Yusri the best of luck, and will post a report from them after the event.
