And The 2012 Club Excellence Volunteer Of The Year Award Goes To……
After another successful year of soccer in our province, our Club Excellence clubs have been working tirelessly to develop the game in their communities. There have been endless successes in various capacities single handily achieved at the hands of the volunteers across the province.
In an effort to honour Ontarians for unpaid voluntary activities which is most often behind the scenes at the community level, The Ontario Soccer Association has created an opportunity to award outstanding individuals. These individuals have selflessly devoted countless hours to soccer and they reinforce the human values that volunteering represents while increasing awareness of the vital importance of volunteerism in our communities.
This year we had an amazing crop of nominees with many achievements between them. After much consideration and contemplation we are excited to announce this year’s recipient of the 2012 Club Excellence Volunteer of the Year Award. Please join us in congratulating,
In addition, our 2012 Honour Roll recipients are Nanno Habets from Russell Soccer Club in the Eastern Ontario District Soccer Association and Eustace Collins from Georgetown Soccer Club in the Peel Halton Soccer Association.
Congratulations to Andrew, Nanno and Eustace from all of us at The Ontario Soccer Association! Thank you to our Club Excellence clubs for their submissions for this award and continuous support of the programing provided by The Ontario Soccer Association.![]()
