The Ontario Soccer Association is excited to announce the call for nominations for the "2012 Club Excellence Volunteer Appreciation Award". This award recognizes individuals who have shown dedication to their clubs and a commitment to making the game of soccer better across our province. Long-standing contributions to the grassroots game is the primary criteria for the award.

This will be the 2nd year the Club Development Department selects a volunteer to be recognized for their efforts in making the game of soccer what it is today. We would like our Club Excellence clubs to have the opportunity to nominate a volunteer whom they feel are worthy of such recognition.

Please send the nomination application form and supporting documentation to the OSA office via email to jgranger@soccer.on.ca by August 17, 2012.

The selection panel will announce the selectee by August 31.
