Ontario Cup Presented by Boston Pizza
VAUGHAN, June 27, 2012 — The Ontario Soccer Association is pleased to announce that Boston Pizza has joined The OSA family as presenting sponsor of the 2012 Ontario Cup.
As presenting sponsor, Boston Pizza will be on-site at the Semi-Finals and Finals starting on July 28-29, and ending on September 15-16 at The Ontario Soccer Centre. At these events, players, coaches, referees, and parents can look forward to a variety of events and on-site activities that Boston Pizza will be providing.
Locally, Boston Pizza Franchisees will be teaming up with Tournament Hosts throughout the province to provide an exciting on-site experience for all attendees. Fundraisers, mascot appearances, and sampling on-site are among the ways Boston Pizza can enhance Ontario Cup Round Robin Tournaments.
Since its inception in the early 1900s, the Ontario Cup has been Ontario’s most prestigious sporting award. With nearly 600 teams entered across 21 divisions, the Ontario Cup is the largest provincial sporting competition of its kind in Canada.

The Ontario Soccer Association was founded in 1901 and is the largest provincial sport organization in Canada with over 700 Clubs servicing some 24,000 Teams with 475,000 registered Players, 70,000 Coaches and Managers, 11,000 Referees and countless Volunteers, Parents and Supporters comprising a direct, multi-cultural community reach of over 1,000,000 citizens.
